Company Leadership
THOMAS G. BUZAN SR.
President, CEO, and Founder
Thomas G. Buzan Sr. leads AFC Development as president, CEO, and founder. He is responsible for the advancement of the company’s short- and long-term strategy and growth.
For more than 30 years, Buzan has managed, owned and staffed businesses in the private sector. He served in the U.S. military more than 20 years where he was as a military police officer specializing in instructional technical management and counterintelligence.

Vice President
Thomas G. Buzan Jr. is vice president of AFC and is responsible for Government Contracts providing student training support services to the Center of Domestic Preparedness located in Anniston Alabama.
Other responsibilities include: Implementation of contract specifics providing support for first responder training at 5 locations throughout the CDP enclave. Overall financial and operational responsibility for implementing the task outlined in the PWS (Position Work Statement).
