Customer Service Specialist

 

SUMMARY:

 

The Customer Service Specialist provides support for the Atlanta Airport operations for arriving students, arrival procedure at lodging and assist with departure days.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

                                                                                                                      

  • Provide a friendly and customer service focused introduction to students as they arrive

  • Load/unload student’s luggage onto the bus

  • Compare student identification cards against the Real ID compliance manifest

  • Assign student to proper coach bus for transport to Anniston

  • Brief students on location and departure time of bus

  • Communicate with Student Services and Travel personnel to account for students who are late or missing

  • Coordinate flight schedules, correspondence and Real ID manifests from both internal and external agencies

  • Track all incoming students arriving at the Atlanta Airport

  • Reply to general information requests from students with accurate information

  • Light general cleaning duties at Bldg. 320

  • Accountability of all departing students

  • Assist with loading luggage on departure days

  • Works effectively with a team and is respectful of colleagues

  • Adheres to company policies and procedures

  • Accepts constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment

  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

 

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required

  • Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours

  • Must be able to lift, turn and carry items up to 60 lbs.

  • Excellent customer service skills

Registrar Clerk

 

SUMMARY:

 

The Registrar Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Resident Training Team Lead.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

                                                                                                             

  • Assist with developing and distributing training schedules for each training program as assigned

  • Prepare and distribute reports from the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Training Administration System (CTAS)

  • Supports the Operations Coordinator in conducting a weekly De-Conflict meeting with all stakeholders for the upcoming week’s training as required

  • Reviews Student Data Sheets for changes and make corrections in CTAS

  • Assemble and prepare in-processing and graduation packets for each student attending training

  • Conduct in-processing and graduation operations as assigned

  • Perform weekly Quality Control checks of applications, in-processing folders, and graduation packets

  • Verify student number in CTAS when class is complete 

  • Take, edit and post-class photos on the Wall of Fame weekly

  • Collect and transfer class documents to the Records Management section

  • Work effectively with a team and is respectful of others

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; meets established deadlines

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional growth and development

  • Accept constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment

  • Other duties as assigned
